Agreement

When do these terms apply?

These Booking Terms and Conditions apply when you request, purchase or use hotel accommodation services arranged by Taya Tourism. By approving a proposal, providing payment authorization or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the specific conditions shown in your proposal and booking confirmation.

If a booking-specific condition differs from these general terms, the booking-specific condition will apply to that reservation.

Agency identity

Who is Taya Tourism?

Taya Tourism is the registered trade name of MZ Prime Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Taya Tourism operates as an online travel agency specializing in hotel accommodations and related reservation support services.

Taya Tourism is an independent travel agency and is not the hotel, accommodation provider or official website of any hotel brand unless this is expressly stated in writing.

Our role

Who provides the booked service?

Taya Tourism arranges reservations through hotels, accommodation providers, wholesalers, booking platforms and other travel suppliers. The hotel or relevant supplier is responsible for providing the booked accommodation and on-property services.

Each reservation is governed by the applicable supplier and rate conditions, including occupancy limits, payment requirements, change rules, cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility. We will provide the material booking conditions available to us before confirmation.

Quotes and prices

What is included in the quoted price?

Prices and availability are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. A quote is not a confirmed reservation and does not hold room inventory unless this is stated in writing.

The proposal will identify the accommodation, room type, occupancy, meal plan, dates, currency and total price offered. Mandatory charges known to Taya Tourism at the time of the offer will be included in, or clearly disclosed with, the total price. Optional services are charged only when selected.

Some government taxes, tourism assessments, resort fees, deposits or other property charges may be collected directly by the hotel or local authority. When these charges are known to us, they will be disclosed before booking. Charges imposed or changed after confirmation remain subject to applicable law and supplier policy.

If a payment or refund involves currency conversion, the final amount may vary because of exchange rates or fees applied by a bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Confirmation

When is a booking confirmed?

A reservation is confirmed only after all required traveler information and payment authorization have been received and Taya Tourism has issued a written booking confirmation. A payment request, quote or pending supplier response does not by itself confirm the reservation.

You must review the confirmation promptly and notify us of any incorrect names, dates, room details, occupancy, meal plan or other information. Correction requests remain subject to availability, supplier approval and any applicable cost.

Payment

How are payments handled?

The amount, currency, payment schedule and applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed before payment is requested. By authorizing payment, you confirm that you are permitted to use the selected payment method and authorize the disclosed charge.

Payment may be processed by Taya Tourism, an authorized payment provider or the relevant travel supplier, as identified during the booking process. A reservation may be cancelled if a required payment is not completed by the stated deadline.

Never send a complete card number or security code by regular email or through a general contact form. Use only the secure payment method provided for the reservation.

Changes and cancellations

Can a confirmed booking be changed or cancelled?

All changes and cancellations are governed by the conditions of the supplier and the specific rate selected by the traveler, as disclosed in the proposal or booking confirmation. Taya Tourism does not independently determine or modify these conditions. Some rates permit cancellation before a stated deadline, while non-refundable or promotional rates may not permit a refund, date change, name change or other amendment.

All requests must be submitted to Taya Tourism in writing. A request is not completed until we confirm the change or cancellation in writing. Any price difference, supplier penalty or disclosed service charge will be communicated before the requested change is finalized whenever approval is still required.

Refunds

When is a refund issued?

Refund eligibility and the refundable amount are determined by the conditions of the confirmed rate, the applicable supplier terms and applicable law. Taya Tourism will submit or coordinate an eligible refund request in accordance with those conditions. When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the supplier, payment provider, card issuer or bank.

No-shows, late arrivals, unused nights and early departures may be non-refundable under the confirmed booking conditions.

Traveler information

Who is responsible for accurate guest details?

The person making the booking is responsible for providing accurate information for every traveler and for obtaining permission to provide their personal details. Guest names should match the identification that will be presented at check-in.

You must provide the correct number of adults, children and infants, including children’s ages where requested. A hotel may refuse check-in, require an additional room or charge an additional amount if the actual occupancy does not match the confirmed reservation.

Check-in requirements

What may the hotel require at arrival?

The lead guest may be required to present valid identification, the booking confirmation and a payment card or cash deposit for incidental expenses. Minimum check-in age, security deposit and identification requirements are set by the hotel and may vary by property.

Property information

Can hotel facilities or services change?

Hotel descriptions, images, amenities, restaurant schedules, renovation notices and service information are based on information supplied by the hotel or travel supplier. We take reasonable care when presenting this information, but hotels may change facilities, schedules or services after publication or confirmation.

Special requests

Are accessibility and special requests guaranteed?

Tell us about accessibility needs, allergies, dietary requirements, bedding preferences, connecting-room requests or other important needs before booking. We will forward relevant requests to the supplier, but a request is not guaranteed unless the hotel or supplier confirms it in writing.

Travel requirements

Who is responsible for travel documents?

Travelers are responsible for confirming and obtaining all passports, visas, entry permits, health documents and other requirements applicable to their destination, nationality and circumstances. Taya Tourism does not guarantee entry into any country or destination.

Supplier changes

What happens if the hotel or supplier changes the booking?

A hotel or supplier may occasionally change, relocate or cancel a reservation because of operational issues, overbooking, closure, safety concerns or circumstances beyond reasonable control. If we receive notice of a material change, we will inform you and assist with the options made available by the supplier.

Responsibility

What is Taya Tourism responsible for?

Taya Tourism is responsible for performing its reservation and support services with reasonable care. The hotel and other suppliers remain responsible for the accommodation, facilities and services they provide.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Taya Tourism is not responsible for a supplier’s independent acts or omissions, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy

How is traveler information used?

Personal information is used to prepare quotes, process reservations, communicate with travelers and coordinate services with hotels, suppliers and payment providers. Additional details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to MZ Prime Holdings LLC in the State of Wyoming, United States, to the extent permitted by law. This provision does not remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you under applicable law.
