Our approach to digital accessibility

Known limitations

Can some content have accessibility limitations?

Some hotel information, images, embedded tools, reservation components, payment services, documents or other content supplied by third parties may not be fully accessible or may operate under the third party’s own accessibility practices. We continue to review issues within our control and seek practical alternatives when possible.

What if you cannot access information or a service?

If a website feature, form or document is difficult to use, contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the requested information or assistance through an appropriate alternative method and to review the reported accessibility issue.
