What happens next

How is your request handled?

After receiving your request, we review the details and check relevant accommodation options with hotels, wholesalers and reservation partners. Any proposal is subject to current availability and price at the time it is prepared.

The proposal will identify the accommodation, room, occupancy, meal plan, dates, price and material rate conditions available to us. A quote does not hold hotel inventory and is not a confirmed reservation unless expressly stated in writing.

Booking conditions

When is an accommodation booking confirmed?

A reservation is confirmed only after the required guest information and payment authorization are received and Taya Tourism issues a written booking confirmation.

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the conditions of the applicable supplier and the specific rate selected. Review those conditions before approving a proposal or authorizing payment.
