How it works

How does the planning process work?

You provide the destination, hotel dates, number of guests, room preferences and any important requirements. We review the request and prepare relevant accommodation options based on information and availability supplied by hotels and reservation partners.

Before a reservation is completed, the proposal identifies the hotel, room, occupancy, meal plan, price and material booking conditions available to us. A reservation is confirmed only after the required traveler information and payment authorization are received and a written booking confirmation is issued.

Who provides the accommodation?

Taya Tourism is an independent travel agency and is not the hotel or the official website of a hotel brand unless expressly stated in writing. The applicable hotel or accommodation supplier is responsible for providing the confirmed accommodation and on-property services.

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the conditions of the relevant supplier and the specific rate selected for each reservation. These conditions are provided with the proposal or booking confirmation.
