What information should you provide?

Providing complete trip details helps us prepare a relevant and accurate accommodation proposal.

• Destination or preferred hotel
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Number of adults and children, including children’s ages
• Preferred room type and number of rooms
• Preferred meal plan, such as room only, breakfast or all-inclusive
• Approximate budget and any special requirements

Existing reservations

How do you request booking support?

For assistance with an existing reservation, include the lead traveler’s name, hotel name, travel dates and Taya Tourism booking reference in your message. This allows us to locate the reservation and review the request efficiently.

Do not send complete payment card numbers, security codes or other sensitive payment information by email or through a general contact form.

Services

Does Taya Tourism issue airline tickets?

Taya Tourism specializes in hotel accommodations and does not issue airline tickets. Any additional travel service included in a proposal will be clearly identified before booking.
